Abstract
Tema završnog rada je elektronička trgovina u turizmu. Elektronička trgovina danas je najbrži i najjeftiniji način kupovine određenog proizvoda ili usluge, a njezina upotreba omogućuje brojne prednosti za poduzeće što vodi ka većoj profitabilnosti uz smanjenje troškova. Sustavi rezervacije olakšavaju turističko poslovanje, te povećavaju zadovoljstvo turista te su izvedivi u kraćem roku realizacije. Turizam predstavlja značajnu primjenu elektroničkog poslovanja na području B2C. Turistički subjekti pokretanjem svojih web stranica omogućuju sustav rezervacije svojih kapaciteta i objavljivanje ponuda preko interneta kao i samo online plaćanje, tj. kupovanje usluga. Upravo time olakšavaju proces kupovine svojim korisnicima, skraćuju im potrebno vrijeme za realizaciju usluge i olakšavaju proces odabira željene usluge većom preglednošću ponude
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final paper is e-commerce in tourism. E-commerce today is the fastest and cheapest way to buy a particular product or service, and its use provides many benefits for the company that leads to greater profitability while reducing costs. Reservation systems facilitate tourist business, increase tourist satisfaction and are feasible in a shorter period of implementation. Tourism is a significant application of e-business in the field of B2C. By launching their websites, tourist entities enable the system of booking their capacities and publishing offers over the Internet, as well as only online payment, ie the purchase of services. In this way, they facilitate the purchase process for their customers, shorten the time required for the realization of the service and facilitate the process of selecting the desired service with greater visibility of the offer
