Abstract
Pojam društveno odgovornog poslovanja u hrvatskim poduzećima se počeo koristiti u ne toliko dalekoj prošlosti, te se sve više koristi u poslovanju poduzeća, odnosno dobiva na značaju kako za poduzeće koje takav koncept primjenjuje, tako i za društvenu zajednicu koja ima velike koristi primjenjivanja takvog koncepta. Prije pojave koncepta društveno odgovornog poslovanja, osnovni cilj svakog poduzeća je bio ostvariti maksimalnu dobit uz što niže troškove, no pojavom koncepta društveno odgovornog poslovanja zahtjevi poduzeća koja takav koncept primjenjuju su u potpunoj suprotnosti, te se prvenstveno odnose na poboljšanje životnih standarda šire društvene zajednice u kojoj poduzeće djeluje. Osim poboljšanja životnih standarda šire društvene zajednice, poduzeće primjenom društveno odgovornog poslovanja ostvaruje bolji ugled te lakši probitak na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
The concept of corporate social responsibility in Croatian companies began to be used in the not so distant past, and is increasingly used in business enterprises that gained importance as the company that such a concept is applied, and for the community that has great benefits of applying such a concept. Before the advent of the concept of corporate social responsibility, the main goal of each company was to achieve maximum profit with the lowest possible costs, but the emergence of the concept of corporate social responsibility requirements of companies that apply such a concept is an oxymoron, and are primarily related to the improvement of living standards of the wider community in which the company operates. In addition to improving the living standards of the wider community, enterprise application socially responsible business achieves a better reputation and gain easier market.
