Abstract
Tržište rada obuhvaća ponudu i potražnju posla, odnosno one koji traže posao i oni koji zapošljavaju. Vrlo je dinamično i stoga je teško pratiti situaciju na tržištu rada. U ovom radu definirana je zaposlenost, nezaposlenosti i bruto domaći proizvod. Cilj ovog završnog rada je upoznavanje sa situacijom na tržištu rada po pitanju zaposlenosti i nezaposlenosti te kretanje bruto domaćeg proizvoda (u daljnjem tekstu: BDP) kao i analiza na tržištu rada u Republici Hrvatskoj (u daljnjem tekstu: RH).
Abstract (english)
The labour market includes supplied and demand, that is those who are looking for work, and those who offer jobs. It is very dynamic, therefore, it is difficult to monitor the labour market situation. In this paper i will define employment, unemployment and gross domestic product. The aim of this final paper is to get acquainted with the situation on the labor market regarding you the employment and unemployent and movement of gross domestic product (hereinafter: GDP) as well as labour market analysis in the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter: the Republic of Croatia).
