Abstract
U radu je dan općenit pregled razvoja i načina funkcioniranja elektroničkog poslovanja, a posebno je obrađeno područje mobilnog poslovanja. Nadalje, napravljena je detaljna analiza mobilnih aplikacija koje koriste tvrtke u zračnom prijevozu, a namijenjene su krajnjim korisnicima. Analiza funkcionalnosti aplikacija odrađena je za 16 europskih tvrtki sa tog područja, te je očigledno da su sve obrađene tvrtke svjesne važnosti mobilnih tehnologija za njihovo poslovanje. Pregledom funkcionalnosti može se zaključiti da su „mlađe“ niskobudžetne tvrtke ozbiljnije pristupile razvoju mobilnih aplikacija, te nude veći broj usluga kroz iste, ali da bi bili u to sigurni trebalo bi sličnu analizu provesti nakon određenog vremena.
Abstract (english)
This paper gave a general review on development and functioning of electronic business with a special review on mobile business area. Further, a detail analysis was made of mobile applications that airline companies use in air transport that are intended for ultimate users. Aplication functionality analysis was done for sixteen european companies in the air transport area and it is obvious that all of the processed companies are aware of the importance of mobile tehnologies for their bussinesses. By reviewing functionalities comes a conclusion that „younger“ low-budget companies took a more serious approach to developing mobile aplications and offer more services but a similar analisys sholud be made after a certain amount of time to be sure of that conclusion.
