Abstract
U današnje vrijeme dostupne su brojne mogućnosti analiziranja ponašanja potrošača, ali razvijene su i metode kojima se potiče potrošače na kupovinu određenog proizvoda. Jedna od metode utjecanja na potrošače je psihološko određivanje cijena, gdje se određenim načinom određivanja cijene želi kupce potaknuti na kupnju. Brojne su tehnike kojima se poduzeća služe kako bi izravno ili neizravno potaknuli potrošače na kupovinu, iako svaka od tehnika dovodi do pozitivnih rezultata za poduzeće one se najčešće koriste kombiniran kako bi učinak bio što bolji. Unazad nekoliko godina razvila se i nova znanstvena disciplina kojom se analiziraju potrebe, želje i stavovi potrošača, a riječ je o neuromarketingu. Spoj dvije znanstvene grane doveo je do izrazito precizne analize potrošača koja je zasigurno najpreciznija jer se iz nesvjesnih reakcija potrošača (koje je teško kontrolirati) izvlače potrebni podatci potrebni za daljnje poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, numerous possibilities are available for analyzing consumer behavior, but methods have also been developed to encourage consumers to buy a particular product. One of the methods of influencing consumers is psychological pricing, where a certain way of pricing wants to encourage customers to buy. There are a number of techniques that companies use to directly or indirectly encourage consumers to buy, although each of the techniques leads to positive results for the company they are most often used in combination to make the effect as good as possible. Over the past few years, a new scientific discipline has been developed that analyzes the needs, desires and attitudes of consumers, and it is about neuromarketing. The combination of the two scientific branches has led to an extremely precise analysis of consumers, which is certainly the most accurate because the necessary data necessary for further business are extracted from the unconscious reactions of consumers (which are difficult to control).
