Abstract	Cilj ovog rada je ispitati utjecaj različitih kvasaca na kakvoću vina Graševina, berba 2015. godine. Ispitivanje se vršilo na objektu klijet i spremište vina Veleučilišta u Požegi. Koristile su se dvije vrste kvasaca SIHAFERM Element i SIHA 9 na 6 različitih vina. Dozrijevanje vina se odvijalo u inox posudama od 100 litara. Abstract (english)	The task of this work is to examine the impact of different yeasts on wine quality Riesling, vintage 2015. Testing was carried out at the facility closet and storage of wine Veleučilišta u Požegi. They used two types of yeast SIHAFERM Element and SIHA 9 to 6 different wines.
