Abstract
Završni rad prikazuje važnost logistike u poslovanju veleprodajnog poduzeća. Opisuju se logističke aktivnosti koje se odvijaju u poslovnim procesima poduzeća: nabava, transport, skladištenje te prodaja i distribucija. U drugom i trećem poglavlju rada obrađuje se svaki od navedenih procesa, te se naglasak stavlja na sve radnje koje je potrebno odraditi kako bi svaki od tih proces bio uspješno izvršen. U četvrtom poglavlju završnog rada prikazuje se s kojim se sve situacijama, problemima i izazovima susreće veleprodajno poduzeće Vet Consulting kako bi ostvarilo ravnotežu između troškova poslovanja i zadovoljstva kupaca. Isto tako, naglašeno je koji sve uvjeti moraju biti ispunjeni kako bi poduzeće poslovalo u skladu s zakonskim odredbama.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the importance of logistics in the business of the wholesale company. It describes logistic activities that take place in the business processes of the company: procuration, transportation, storage as well as sales and distribution. In the second and third chapter of the thesis each of processes are elaborated, and emphasis is placed on all the actions that need to be done to successfully complete each of the processes. In the fourth chapter of the thesis are presented all the situations, problems and challenges with which the wholesale company Vet Consulting meets in order to accomplish a balance between business expenses and customers satisfactions. It is also emphasized what conditions must be fulfilled to keep the company operating in accordance with legal provisions.
