Abstract
Obiteljsko poduzeće predstavlja poduzeće koje je u vlasništvu obitelji, osigurava radno mjesto i prihode za članove obitelji, a za razvoj takvog oblika poduzeća vrlo je značajna potpora obitelji, kako članova zaposlenih u samom poduzeću, tako i obiteljskih članova koji nisu dio obiteljskog poduzeća. Obiteljsko poduzetništvo danas je najpopularniji, ali i najstariji oblik poslovnog organiziranja poduzeća u svijetu, a također, veliki broj poduzeća nastao je upravo na temeljima obiteljskog... U obiteljskom poduzeću članovi su predani i poslu i obitelji, a fleksibilno vrijeme i rad te stabilna kultura poslovanja doprinose ciljevima takvog oblika poduzeća, uz razvoj i potporu članova obitelji. Kroz ovaj rad analizirat će se obiteljsko poduzetništvo na primjeru poduzeća Autolimar Juka iz Jakšića te će se opisati proces nasljeđivanja i prijenos obiteljskog poduzeća s oca na sina, kao i uspješnost poslovanja.
