Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je ispitati uspješnost "chip budding" metode okuliranja na sorti jabuke Paradija. Za početak smo umetnuli pupove sorte Paradije na podlogu Malus sylvestris. Pupovi su zatim pričvršćeni uz podlogu korištenjem specijalno dizajnirane trake za okuliranje. Sve operacije na okulaciji su napravljene 16.07.2019. "chip budding" načinom okuliranja. Nakon tri tjedna smo prikratili primljene mladice na jedan pup kosim rezom. Prikupili smo prve podatke te su rezultati pokazali kako je sorta Paradija reagirala na chip budding metodu okulacije te koliki je bio uspjeh primitka.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final paper is to examine efficacy of chip budding oculation method on Paradija apples variety. For start we inserted buds of "Paradija" variety onto the Malus sylvestris stock. The buds are then secured to the stock using specially designed buddy tape. All the operations were done on 16th July in 2019., and we used chip budding oculation method. After three weeks we cut off the sprout by lateral cut and lefted it with one bud. Then we collected the first data analysis and the results showed how did the Paradija variety reacted on the chip budding oculation method, and also how much was the budding success.
