Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje različite načine berbe voća s fokusom na polumehaniziran način berbe, odnosno berbu voća s platformama. Kako bi se što bolje razjasnile prednosti, ali i mane ovakvog načina berbe, objašnjen je i onaj najosnovniji način,ručna berba, ali i najmoderniji način, mehanizirana berba. U radu opisane su i različite vrste samohodnih platformi, način na koji one rade, kako se upravlja njima i što se njima postiže. Radi boljeg razumijevanja berbe s platformama, njihovo korištenje objašnjeno je u praksi, na primjeru berbe jabuka.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the different ways of harvesting fruits with a focus on halfmechanizedway of harvesting or fruit picking with platforms. In order to better clarify the advantages and disadvantages of this method of harvest are explained and the most fundamental way, manual harvesting, but also the most modern way, mechanized harvest. This paper describes the different types of self-propelled platform, the way they work, how manage them and what they achieve. For a better understanding of harvesting the platforms, their use is explained in practice, in the case of the apple harvest.
