Abstract
Trgovinsko poslovanje značajno je za svako gospodarstvo, pa je samim time velik značaj stavljen na trgovce na tržištu. Trgovina u cjelini, a posebno maloprodaja, spada među najvažnije dijelove svakog nacionalnog gospodarstva. Ona pokazuje smjer kretanja u gospodarstvu u smislu nužnosti prilagođavanja poslovanja u odnosu na zahtjeve suvremenih svjetskih trendova. Ovaj će se rad posebice fokusirati na maloprodaju. S pojavom interneta, tržište maloprodaje suočava se s brojnim promjenama. Kako bi opstali, maloprodavači se na tržištu moraju prilagoditi promjenama da bi sačuvali svoju tržišnu poziciju i ključne kupce. S druge strane, kupci postaju sve zahtjevniji, a vrlo im je važna brzina kupovine i iskustvo prilikom iste. Tako brojni maloprodavači proširuju svoje poslovanje i nastoje udovoljiti većem broju kupaca, a pritom zadržati svoju poslovnu strategiju. Završni rad daje osvrt na poslovnu strategiju svakog od 10 najvećih maloprodavača u svijetu. Prilikom analize, sagledat će se svjetsko tržište maloprodaje, ali i istaknuti trendovi u maloprodajnom poslovanju.
Abstract (english)
Trade is an important segment of every economy, so that is the reason why focus has been put on market players. Commerce as a whole, and especially retail, is one of the most important parts of national economy. It shows the path for the development of the economy considering the necessity to adapt to the global trends. This thesis will particularly be focused on retail sector. With the emergence of the Internet, the retail market faces a number of changes. In order to survive, retailers in the market have to adopt to changes in order to preserve their position and key customers. On the other hand, buyers become more demanding, they now ask for even faster and more quality shopping experience. So, many retailers expand their businesses and strive to meet a larger number of customers while retaining their business strategy. This thesis will give an overview of the business strategy of each of the 10 largest retailers in the world. As part of the analysis, the world retail market will be explained, as well as trends in retail business nowadays.
