Abstract
Zadatak ovog završnog rada je ispitivanje dormantnosti korovnih vrsta, koje je bilo skladišteno 2 godine u plastičnim epruvetama s čepom na mračnom mjestu sobne temperature. Istraživanje se provodilo na sljedećim korovnim vrstama: Plantago major L.- širokolisni trputac, Chenopodium album L.- bijela loboda, Achillea millefolium L.- obični stolisnik, Setaria germanica L.- sivi muhar, Amaranthus retroflexus L.- štir i Sorghum halepense L.- sirak. Uzorci su ispitivani u dva tipa zemlje, kupovna (Florasan) i ona poljska koje su se nalazile u jednakim klimatskim uvjetima. Na osnovu provedenog istraživanja, utvrđeno je kako na dormantnost korovnog sjemena uvelike utječu klimatske prilike (temperatura, oborina) ali i sama biološka osobina korovne vrste.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final work was to research dormancy weed species, which has been stored 2 years in plastic tubes whit a plug in a dark place in room temperature. The research was conducted int he following weed species: Plantago major L.- broadleaf plantain, Chenopodium album L.- white sorrel, Achillea millefolium L.- ordinary yarrow, Setaria germanica L.- gray flycatcher, Amaranthus retroflexus L.- pigweed, and Sorghum halepense L.- millet. The samples were tested in two types of land, purchasing (Florasan) and one field contained in the same climatic conditions. On the basis of this research, it was found that the dormancy weeds seed greatly influenced by climatic conditions (temperature, rainfall) or herself biological characteristics weed species.
