Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu rada se nastoji odgovoriti na sljedeća pitanja, što je ujedno i predmet ovoga rada: kako se definiraju cijene i njezine strategije, čimbenici koji utječu na promjene cijena te konkurentska prednost i njezine strategije. Cilj ovoga rada je istražiti tijek razvoja konkurentske prednosti u poduzeću Franck d.d i utjecaj promjene cijene proizvoda na odluku o kupnji. U praktičnom dijelu analizirana je konkurentnost na primjeru Franck d.d. odnosno konkurentnost Franck Jubilarne kave i usporedba sa konkurencijom. Provedeno je istraživanje pomoću anketnog upitnika u kojem je istražen utjecaj promjene cijene proizvoda na odluku o kupnji. Zaključuje se da je Franck d.d. uspješna tradicijska tvrtka koja posluje više od stoljeća i konstantno radi na razvoju svojih politika i strategija kako bi pravilno odredila cijenu svojih proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
In the theoretical part of the paper, there is a response to the following questions, which is also the subject of this paper: how prices and strategies are defined, factors influencing price competitiveness and its strategy. The aim of this paper is to investigate the development trend of competitive advantage in Franck d.d and to influence changes in product prices on purchasing decisions. In the practical part, competitiveness was analyzed in the example of Franck d.d. or the competitiveness of Franck Jubilarne Coffee and comparing with the competition. A survey was conducted using a survey questionnaire investigating the impact of changing product prices on the purchase decision. It is concluded that Franck d.d. a successful traditional company that has been operating for more than a century and is constantly working on developing its policies and strategies to properly determine the cost of its products.
