Abstract
Predmet ovoga rada je objašnjenje i raščlanjenje kretanja investicija u zaštitu okoliša u Republici Hrvatskoj za razdoblje od 2006. – 2012. godine. Kako bi objasnili na koji način se kreću investicije u zaštitu okoliša, prethodno se objašnjava vremenski niz kao pojam te njegove vrste i komponente. Za izračun podataka upotrebljavana je metoda trenda. Podaci Državnog zavoda za statistiku upotrijebljeni su za prikaz kretanja investicija u zaštitu okoliša po godinama, ali i županijama pomoću tablica koje su objašnjene. Iz navedenih tablica mogu se jasno vidjeti investicije i tekući izdatci u zaštiti okoliša. Nakon toga, spomenut je utjecaj Europskih fondova (EU) na zaštitu okoliša. Fondovi za zaštitu okoliša su Europski fond za regionalni razvoj (ERDF), Europski socijalni fond (ESF) i Kohezijski fond (CF). Takoñer, spomenuti su i neki programi malih potpora.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this work is to explain the articulation movement of investments in environmental protection in the Republic of Croatia for the period 2006 - 2012. To explain how are moving investments in environmental protection, there are previously explained time series as a concept and its types and components. For the data calculation was used the trend method. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Republic of croatia were used for the presentation of investment in environmental protection by years, but also by the counties using tables that are explained. In These tables can be clearly seen investment and current expenditure for environmental protection. After that, there was mentioned the impact of European funds (EU) for environment protection. Funds for environmental protection are the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), European Social Fund (ESF) and the Cohesion Fund (CF). Also, there are mentioned a few small grant Programs.
