Abstract
Privlačenje sredstava iz fondova Europske unije je vrlo važno pitanje za brojne dionike, kao širom Europske unije, tako i u Republici Hrvatskoj, na nacionalnoj, regionalnoj i lokalnoj razini. Fondovi Europske unije su izvor financiranja projekata u različitim područjima: kultura, znanost, obrazovanje, sport, fizička infrastruktura i slično. Kako bi se ti projekti priredili i proveli, potrebni su dionici koji su to sposobni napraviti. Osim institucionalne podrške, u vidu razvojnih agencija ili različitih ureda u tom području, sve češće se javljaju pojedinci i subjekti koji se bave pripremom, provedbom, praćenjem provedbe i izvještavanjem o EU projektima. U ovom radu je dan osvrt na ovo područje rada, na dionike koji tu djeluju, načine na koje rade, njihovu važnost i perspektive.
Abstract (english)
Attracting funds from EU funds is a very important issue for many stakeholders, both within the European Union and in the Republic of Croatia, at the national, regional and local level. European Union funds are the source of funding projects in various areas: culture, science, education, sport, physical infrastructure and the like. In order for these projects to be prepared and carried out, those who are capable of doing so are required. In addition to institutional support, in the form of development agencies or various offices in the area, more and more individuals and entities are involved in preparation, implementation, monitoring of implementation and reporting on EU projects. This paper gives a review of this area of work, the stakeholders involved, the ways in which they work, their importance and their perspectives.
